College Towns Rule!

There has been a lot in the press over the last 4-5 years about how small college towns have fared well during the recession. Right here in Corvallis has been a great example of that. We have been mentioned in national articles numerous times as one of the small hot spots (well maybe hot spot is too strong a word, but certainly areas that have weathered the storm better than others) and are poised well to do some of the most robust appreciation in the next 10 years.
